RTE SA in the scope of its industrial activity, where a significant number of people from the local community is involved, hereby states its commitment to prioritize the ethical and social principles that form this Code of Conduct.

 

  1. Compliance with all local applicable laws and obligations;

  2. Compliance with all anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation in force, performing its operation with high ethical standards;

  3. Refusal of all forms of Child Labor which could be directly or indirectly involved in its operation;

  4. Refusal of all forms of Prison Labor;

  5. Refusal of all form of Forced Labor;

  1. Guarantee to all workers of equal opportunities and no discrimination based on age, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, chronic disease, race, spoken language, religion, political convictions and trade union association.

  2. Overtime work will be paid according to what is stipulated by Work Agreement from this Sector of activity;

  3. Compliance with weekly work limits;

  4. Social company facilities decent and adequate to the number of the working population;

  5. Design and development of production means with the goal of achieving good levels of ergonomic comfort; lighting; ventilation; temperature and noise;

  6. Hygiene and Safety conditions in the workplace, always promoting the necessary training in this area to always guarantee compliance with legislation in force;

  7. Health Service for the surveillance of workers health and to provide medical care in diseases related to the work environment;

  8. Compliance with all obligations of the company within the Social Security;

  9. Elimination of all forms of discrimination in the access, remuneration and promotion based on gender, religion or political orientation;

  10. Compliance with all environmental laws in force;

  11. Promotion of a courteous dialogue between all workers in the company;

  12. Guaranty that workers have full access to their personal registries dully organized;

  13. Do not allow any form of abuse that undermine personal dignity of its workers;

  14. Conception of all manufacturing equipment must be in compliance with safety EU standards;

  15.  Special care towards the onboarding of recently admitted workers in the work team;
